Overview
The Customize Codes Administration page helps Service Providers manage custom operation codes that automatically fill in when adding operations to an estimate.
By setting up custom Source Opcode and Price Code values, you can save time, reduce manual entry, and ensure consistent data across your operations.
When you add an operation:
- If it matches one of your custom entries, the system automatically fills in the mapped codes.
- If no match is found, the operation is added as entered.
Search
Use the search bar at the top to quickly find operations.
You can search by Operation Name, Opcode, Source Opcode, or Price Code.
Type a keyword and press Enter or click the magnifying glass to search.
Edit Custom Codes
- Find the operation you want to update.
- Enter a value in the Source Opcode or Price Code field.
- Click or tab away — your change will save automatically.
A green check mark confirms it was saved successfully.
When that operation is added to a case, the custom codes will automatically appear on the Edit Operation page and in the Operations Table (if enabled).
Clear Custom Codes
To remove both codes for an operation:
- Click Clear in the Actions column.
- Confirm in the pop-up by selecting Clear, or choose Cancel to keep your changes.
Once cleared, the fields autosave and display a confirmation check mark.
Table Columns
- Operation Name – view only
- Opcode – view only
- Source Opcode – editable
- Price Code – editable
- Actions – includes a Clear button
What to Expect
- All updates save automatically as you work.
- A spinner shows when the system is saving, followed by a green check mark once complete.
- Your list of operations refreshes each time the page or tab is opened, ensuring your data stays current.
