Campaigns and Recalls Operations
Campaigns and Recalls will only map to Fusion operations if they have been set up in both Fusion and Builder.
When an OEM introduces a new campaign or recall, the operation created will not be mapped to an operation in Fusion and will be added to the Fusion RO as the default operation set up in Fusion for that location.
The user can then enter Fusion and create a new opcode for managing the campaign or recall.
Once created, the user can go into the RO and change the opcode in the operation to the new opcode they just set up. The opcode in the Decisiv case would not be changed.
Decisiv recommends adding the Campaign or Recall Number into the Additional Notes section of the operation in the case, as those would then be added to the comments section of the operation in the RO upon export.
