Dealers have two options for how parts are received in Karmak Fusion when a case is exported from Decisiv SRM.
- The default method is to have all the parts sold onto the repair order and relieve inventory immediately.
- The secondary method is to have the parts quoted onto the Repair Order inside Karmak Fusion.
This allows the parts department to access the quote, sell the entire quote in one click when they are ready to pull, or sell line by line as necessary. Pick tickets can be printed from the quote screen to aide in the pulling of parts.
