Use the search box to search for a specific case or filter the cases displayed. For example, you can enter the case ID in the search box to find that specific case or enter a Status option, such as Diagnosing, to display only those cases with a Status of Diagnosing.
To use the search box, enter your search term and hit Enter.
Show/Hide Columns
List views also give you the option of showing or hiding columns on the fly without having to create a new Custom View.
To show or hide columns, click the Show / Hide columns button in the top right, then uncheck the columns you want to hide and make sure the columns you want to show remain checked.
The list view will update automatically based on your changes.
