Change your Vision password

Every user has a unique password. You can change it at any time. Make sure you store it in a safe place and change it two or three times a year to further secure your account. 

To change your password:

1. In the upper left-hand corner of the menu bar, click your name. The Account Settings page will open to the Login Settings tab.
2. In the Login Information section, enter a new password, then enter it again to confirm.Make sure your password meets the password requirements.
3. Click Submit.

If you forgot your password:

1. On the Login page, click Forgot your Login Information?.
2. Enter your email address, and click Submit.
3. When you receive an email, click the provided link to reset your password.

Password requirements

At a minimum, your password must:

• Contain at least 8 characters
• Contain at least three of the following:
• Uppercase letters
• Lowercase letters
• Digits (0-9)
• Spaces or these special characters: ~ ` ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ + = { } [ ] | : ; " ' < > , . ? /
• Not contain more than two identical characters in a row
• For example, this password has three 1s at the end: BadPassword@111

Additional Tips

A strong password is one you can remember, but is difficult to guess by a person or computer.

Consider using a longer phrase, but avoid common quotations, song lyrics, names of sports teams, etc. The more random the better.

Examples of strong phrases include:

• 39 > WALL gravity!
• Base solve 0/8 product
• art+wheel Slowly7
