If you are a Dealer Type team, you will have a Service Locations Admin page. Service Locations will be part of your team’s dealer Group. You can enable or disable a Service Location from the list of service providers available when team members create a service event. By default, Service location will be Enabled.

Disable A Location

To change an Enabled Service Location to Disabled, click the drop down beside Enabled and select Disabled.

A Disable Service Location? modal will appear. This modal will inform you if there are in progress service events and give you the option to keep the service events active or to cancel them. Once the option to keep or cancel has been selected, the DISABLE LOCATION button will enable. Click DISABLE LOCATION to disable the location. Click KEEP LOCATION to keep the location and cancel disabling.

Enable a Location

To change a Disabled Service Location to Enabled, click the drop down beside the Disabled status and select Enabled. The status will change to Enabled and will now be available for selection on new Service Events.
