The Account page will have general information and the ability to add or edit information about your account.
The Team Profile allows you to configure how it will appear to other team members and your customers. You are allowed to enter a Team Name up to 50 characters and an Application Name up to 50 characters. You may also upload an image as your team’s profile picture in JPG, GIF, or PNG format with a max size of 5MB.
The team key is a unique identifier that will be added as a prefix to all your service event numbers. The length of the key can be up to 4 alphanumeric characters.
The Team ID is a number generated by the Sentinel system and cannot be changed.
Dealer Group ID (Dealer Type Teams)
If you have a Dealer type team, the dealer group ID will be displayed. This group ID will control what providers and fleet locations can be seen by the team.
Fleet ID (Fleet Type Teams)
If you have a Fleet type team, the Fleet ID(s) will be displayed here. The Fleet ID will control what depot locations the team can see.
The main billing contact for your team. To enter a billing contact, you must enter the required fields of First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone. Additional option fields are Fax, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, Postal Code, State, and Country.
