TruVideo Hyperlinks

Overview

Decisiv provides integration that allows TruVideo URLs included in the notes section of Case to be displayed as hyperlinks. TruVideo is a video-first communication platform to enhance customer experience through personalized videos, texts, and mobile-friendly features. This platform allows you to streamline service inspections, sales walkarounds, estimates, internal chat, approvals, and payments. 

The TruVideo URLs included in the notes section of Case now show a new icon to the right of the link. This indicates that the link is external and you will be leaving Case when clicking the link. This new feature allows the hyperlink to open your TruVideo communication in a new browser tab so that you do not lose your place in Decisiv Case.
