Overview
This new feature offers a comprehensive checklist for case milestones. The checklist improves case data management and establishes a standardized process, helping you implement best practices without the need for formal training. It helps collaborators manage cases more consistently and efficiently by allowing them to track the progress of each case. Additionally, location administrators can customize the case checklist to meet specific requirements.
Checklist
After a case is created, the CHECKLIST will appear in the top right corner of the case screen. It will indicate the total number of steps and how many of those steps have been completed.
When you click on the CHECKLIST dropdown, you'll see the checklist items defined by your location administrator(s), organized into the following categories: 1. Arrival
Each task has a corresponding link that highlights the relevant area of the case screen. For instance, when you select the link under "Check-in asset," the Quick Action Button for "Check-In" will be highlighted. To return to your checklist, click anywhere on the screen to remove the highlight, and then you can select the dropdown menu again.
| |
When an item is checked off, its name will appear with a strikethrough, and the left side of the item box will be highlighted in green to indicate that the task is complete. Additionally, the completion percentage will be updated according to the number of tasks that have been checked off. |
