Diagnostic data flows directly from Diesel Explorer into the Decisiv platform, reducing manual entry and improving accuracy.

How It Works

Using Diesel Explorer, technicians can perform a diagnostic scan on a vehicle. Once the scan is complete, Diesel Explorer automatically sends the data to Decisiv SRM, where it is used to create a new case or update an existing one.

1. Perform a vehicle scan in Diesel Explorer
