You must already be a member of a Managed Care Service Team in the Case application in order to log in successfully.
To log into the Sentinel application:
- Open a browser using Google Chrome.
- Go to the following URL: https://sentinel-srm.decisivapps.com.
- Use the same username and password you use for the Portal.
If you need a new password, see the Login page of the Portal application.
If the login is successful, the application will open to the Alerts page and your username will appear in the top-right corner.
NOTE: This application currently only supports Google Chrome 80 or newer.
