Users can view current asset listings for local customers as well as fleet assets that have been worked on before at the current shop. Customer asset lists can be accessed several different ways as described below:
From the All Cases page
To view assets for a customer from the All Cases screen:
- On the All Cases screen, within the CUSTOMER column, click the desired customer name.
- On the Edit Customer page, under the Customer Links menu on the left, click the Assets.
The full asset list for the customer will display.
If the customer is a fleet customer, only the assets currently associated with the dealer (i.e. assets that have had cases started on them under the current location) will displays.
If necessary, use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate to a different page.

From the Search page
To view assets for a customer from the Search screen:
- From the menu bar at the top, click Search.
- From the Search page, enter the desired Customer name, then click SEARCH.
3. When the results display, click the COMPANY NAME of the desired customer.
The full asset list for the customer will display.
If the customer is a fleet customer, only the assets currently associated with the dealer (i.e. assets that have had cases started on them under the current location) will displays.
If necessary, use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate to a different page.
