You can update Fleet Customer information such as customer number, specific pre-designed labor rates and customer notes from the Customer Information section of the Editing Case Screen.
Updating the customer number is especially important if the location has the ability to export a case to an RO.
From the Case screen, click the Customer's Name hyperlink to go to the Customer Edit Screen.
This will display the Customer's Information. At the top will be the Customer's address, phone, fax, and email. This information cannot be edited. Below this section is the Custom Attributes.
Below this section is the Custom Attributes. Here the Customer Number can be entered and should match your Dealer Management System if you are using one. You can also set your Pricing Source for this customer. In the Notes section, you can add notes that will be visible at the top of any case created for this customer. After making changes click Save Changes. To return to the case, click Return to Case.
