Create Cases for Pending Assets - Desktop – Decisiv

For locations where the Pending Asset feature is enabled, you can open a case when the Asset Information is not readily available. This allows you to create a case and add the asset details later. Once the required information is available, you can add the asset to the case.

Create a Case for a Pending Asset
Search for the desired customer Click the Assets tab At the top right of this tab, click the "CREATE CASE FOR PENDING ASSET" button
A new case for this customer is created
Once the asset information is available, click Select Asset to open the Select Asset modal
Search for and find the desired asset Asset Found? Complete the flow on the modal to add the asset to the case Asset Not Found? If the asset does not already exist in the customer’s asset list, you can create it for non-registered fleets and then select it for the case.
