For the Case V8.39.0 Release, we have the following updates:
Improved Field Manager Pinning Behavior | This update enhances how Field Managers (FMs) are pinned within cases, making the feature more relevant and useful for dealer workflows.
Phillips Inspection Operation Decommission | We are planning to retire the Phillips Inspection program. Starting June 5th, Phillips-branded inspection operations will no longer be available within the platform.

Improved Field Manager Pinning Behavior
This update enhances how Field Managers (FMs) are pinned within cases, making the feature more relevant and useful for dealer workflows.
What’s Changed:
- This enhancement will clear all existing pinning of Field Managers.
- Field Managers pinned by Service Provider users should show as Pinned to that SP's users, only on subsequent cases involving the same SP location (not across the entire OEM, or across Dealer Group).
- Field Managers pinned by Fleet users should show as Pinned only for that Fleet's users, only on subsequent cases involving the same Fleet-Depot (not across the entire Fleet or OEM).
Phillips Inspection Operation Decommission
Decisiv is retiring the Phillips Inspection program. Starting June 5th, 2026, Phillips-branded inspection operations will no longer be available within the platform. Locations currently using these operations have options to ensure continuity of their inspection workflows before the decommission date.
