Fleet Notes provide customer-level information and may appear at the top of a case as large blue boxes. You can hide these notes, but once hidden, they do not return to the top of the case.

Fleet Notes Displayed at the Top of a Case
When a case includes Fleet Notes, they appear at the top of the page as blue information boxes.
Click Hide Fleet Notes to remove the Fleet Notes from the top of the case.
After hiding Fleet Notes:
The notes are removed from the top of the case
They do not return as blue boxes for this case
This is expected behavior.
Can I Unhide Fleet Notes?
No.
Once Fleet Notes are hidden for a case, they cannot be shown again at the top of the page.
Refreshing the page or reopening the case will not restore them.
Viewing Fleet Notes After They Are Hidden
Fleet Notes are still available in another location.
To view them:
Open the case
Scroll to the Customer Information section
Check the Customer Profile field
Important Notes
Fleet Notes are hidden only for the current case
The notes are not deleted
There is no option to restore them to the top of the case
Fleet Notes remain visible in Customer Information > Customer Profile
