The Resource Center appears in the bottom corner of your application. You can access it by clicking the blue button with the book logo.
It highlights all of our release announcements and give access to all of our help resources in one place. The Resource Center will help you get comfortable with the system and let you know when a new feature is ready for them to use.
Release Announcements
Whenever a new feature is available, we'll add a brief announcement to the Resource Center. A signal will appear so you know it's there, but you decide when to take a look.
Each announcement comes with a little info on the feature, a link to the full Release Notes, and sometimes a short walkthrough to show you how it works.
This way you can see right away when a feature becomes available and how it can help your experience – at your pace, on your schedule, directly within the application.
Access to Help Content
Along with announcements, the Resource Center also includes:
Show Me How: Tutorials specific to the page you're on
Search For Help: Top suggestions will be shown.
You can type in text to search for and get top results of help articles. You can also click a link to open the Help Center in a full window.
Contact Support: Links for contacting support or giving feedback.
Products: Links to our product suite as well as the mobile version of Case.
Want More?
We plan to add new tutorials to the Resource Center regularly. We'll base those additions on user feedback, support tickets, and feature Highlights.
