Refine Your Search

When searching for assets, you may return multiple results if you use a partial serial number, unit number, license number, chassis ID, or engine serial number as your search criteria.

If more than one asset is returned, you can refine the results to exact matches and/or search by customer name using the Refine Your Search options above the search results. 

If you check the exact match option, the search will look for an exact match for the value entered based on the asset search criteria.

If you enter a customer name or part of a customer name, the search will narrow the results based on the customer information entered.

Click SEARCH under the refine your search to filter the previously returned results with the refine your search criteria.
