The next release is primarily focused on back-end continuous improvements. In addition, we have completed or are working on the following fixes and enhancements.
DTNA Express Write-Up (ExWu) Integration Enhancement (Already in Production!)
For users creating Decisiv Cases via DTNA's Express Writeup app, when creating the case, we now pull the relevant labor and job codes from Decisiv Builder into the case, facilitating subsequent case export to RO in the dealer business system.
CDK Fixes and Enhancements
We are working on the following for CDK integrations:
- an enhancement to include Engine Hours in Case export to RO
- a fix to enable cases containing a user-entered '&' symbol to export to RO correctly
NEXT RELEASE CANDIDATES - SENTINEL 1.87
The next release is primarily focused on back-end continuous improvements.
We are working on:
- for certain users with the Editor role, a fix to an issue preventing them from accessing Sentinel
- for users in multiple teams, a fix to an issue with the Home Dashboard Asset Totals displaying data from other teams they are associated with.
- for dealer-type teams, resolving conflicting Customer identification displayed on the Customer's page.
