New Look for Cases Filters Coming!
We will be adding a new component to the Cases tabs that will provide better visibility to the filters you use to locate cases. Moving the filters out of the table headers will make it easier to see when a filter is enabled. Improving the visibility of the filters will aid in reducing the problems of missing information when filters are enabled and columns are hidden, as well as when the filters persist across sessions and navigation.
You will be able to use the available filters on the All Cases, My Cases, and Watching tabs to narrow the list of cases shown in the table below. They will allow you to refine your view based on the filter options previously available in the table's column headers.

Enhancements to DTNA Express Write-up to Decisiv Case Integration
Creating Cases
We are making it easier to create cases in Decisiv from Express Write-up by enabling the use of customers and assets across the entire service provider group vs. just at a single location.
Getting Labor Pricing for Operations Added via Express Write-up (CDK)
For dealers using CDK as their business management system, we are improving the automation of getting labor prices from CDK for operations added via the Express Write-up integration.
As always, any further information on these items will be provided in the Release Notes the morning after the deployment.
