Depending on the type of Sentinel setup you have, you will either have a Depots page (Fleet Teams) or a Customers page (Dealer Teams). The page gives you full visibility and intuitive controls to seamlessly manage Customers or Depots.
On the Depots page, you can:
- View all depots for your team
- View the Depot’s Account, Name, City/State, Phone, and Number of Assets
- Enable or Disable a Depot
- View Assets associated with a Depot
- Enable or Disable an Asset associated with a Depot
- Assign Team Member(s) to a Depot
- Create/Edit Depot Groups
- Mark/Unmark a Depot as a Favorite
- Mark/Unmark a Depot Group as a Favorite
On the Customers page, you can:
- View all customers for your team
- View the Customer’s Name, Info, Customer Number, City/State, Phone, Number of Requests, Number of Assets
- View the Details and Assets associated with a Customer
- Add/Remove Customers
- Create/Edit Customer Groups
- Mark/Unmark a Customer as a Favorite
- Mark/Unmark a Customer Group as a Favorite
