Fixes
All Cases screen not displayed in main grid if one or more cases contains double brackets
Previously, users experienced issues with the All Cases table not loading when the Complaint column was displayed and contained double brackets {{ }} in the field text. With this fix, it will now accept the double brackets {{ }} as text and allow the All Cases table to load correctly.
Draft Notes timestamp not reflecting ‘sent’ date
In the past, when the SAVE AS DRAFT button was used in the Note section of a case and later when the same drafted note was sent, the system displayed the Draft timestamp as the “date” for the sent Note. The timestamp shown for an added/sent Note should always provide the date/time when the Note was added to the case, generating the delivery of emails/ SMS text messages. Therefore, all Draft Notes will now maintain the timestamp of the date when the note was initially saved, only until the Note is sent.
Enhancements
Ability to attach .DAT files to Cases on Editing Case Screen
We have resolved the request for the ability to attach files with the extension .DAT. This type of file has been added to our list of support types. When a file with the extension .DAT is uploaded it will be visible on the Attachment section of the case to all users viewing the case and will be available for download.
Renamed ‘Date’ column to ‘Updated’; added new column ‘Created’
To improve the data visibility and for consistency, we have renamed the DATE column to UPDATED for Provider and Fleet users. The UPDATED column for our Field Manager’s portal is the same as the DATE column displayed in the Providers and Fleet Portals.
In addition, we have added a new column for our Providers named CREATED. This new column displays the date created for each case; it is already available to Field Managers and Fleet users.
