In an effort to improve user experience, we have added some filters that allow you to narrow the API log results or to search for specific logs. The added filters are:
- Target Field Specify to search for a field value in a specific field.
- Field Value A specific value to search for. Can be used with Target Field to narrow search.
- Case ID
- Status Code
- Date Range
To access the logs, go to Admin -> External Interface Logs and filter log results with the following four options:
Search by Target section of the logs
- Select a Target Field from the drop-down to search a specific field of the log or leave blank. If blank, all fields of the logs will be searched for the Field Value.
- Enter a value in the Field Value field.
- click the Search button
Search by Status Code returned in the logs
- Enter a status code in the Status Code field.
- click the Search button
Search by Date Range
- Select a date in the Date From field by clicking on the calendar
- Select a date in the Date To field by clicking in the calendar
- click the Search button
Search by Case ID
- Enter a Case ID in the Case ID field.
- click the Search button
Note: Only cases that have the Case ID in the header will be found using this method.
