View Insite Reports

Fleet users with manager permissions have access to the Reports Area page where they can access the Cloud Reporting Service called Insite.

Insite is a separate application that gathers data and analytics about your location from this case management application and lets you run reports on that information.

The application is available for any user set up with access to the Insite Reporting Tool. If you have not been configured for access to Cloud Reporting, please Contact Support.

To open the Cloud Reporting Services Application:

1. From the top menu bar on the Portal, click Admin.
2. From the Administrative Tools list, select Reports Area.
3. From the Cloud Reporting Services section, click the Insite link.
   
   
   
4. When the Insite application opens, enter your credentials.
5. Click Login.
