The Maintenance Reports page lists any maintenance reports that have been triggered based off maintenance schedules.
To view your maintenance reports:
- From the Portal, select your location.
- From the menu bar, select Admin.
- From the Administrative Tools list, click on Maintenance Report.
The Maintenance Reports page lists the following information for overdue maintenance items:
- Unit #
- Depot Name
- Operation
- Due Date
- Trigger criteria
- Links (A link to create a request for this repair)
Sort and Filter By Column
You can sort and filter the Unit #, Depot Name, Operation, Due Date, and Triggers the same way as on the Cases page.
