View Maintenance Reports

The Maintenance Reports page lists any maintenance reports that have been triggered based off maintenance schedules.

To view your maintenance reports:

1. From the Portal, select your location.
2. From the menu bar, select Admin.
3. From the Administrative Tools list, click on Maintenance Report.
   
   
    

The Maintenance Reports page lists the following information for overdue maintenance items:

• Unit #
• Depot Name
• Operation
• Due Date
• Trigger criteria
• Links (A link to create a request for this repair)
   

Sort and Filter By Column

You can sort and filter the Unit #, Depot Name, Operation, Due Date, and Triggers the same way as on the Cases page.
