The Messages screen shows you all dashboard marked notification messages you've received since first enabling them on your User Profile, as well as all messages for your dealer location.
Turn On Dashboard Notifications
- From the All Cases screen, click Portal.
- On the Portal screen, click My Profile.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- For any notifications you want to see in Messages, click the Dashboard checkbox. There are several areas to review: Watch Notifications, Notification Preferences, Service Requests, and Customer Appointments.
- When all the selections have been made, click SAVE CHANGES.
- You will receive a green confirmation banner that changes were made successfully.
- Click HOME to return the portal screen to select your location.
Messages
Once the messages you want to receive are set, you can now view those messages from the Messages screen. To open the Messages screen, click the Messages button in the menu bar.
The messages screen will display any messages you have selected to be shown on the dashboard in your notification settings. To go directly to a case, click on the message.
You may also view the dealer's messages by clicking Show dealer messages.
To go directly to a case, click the message. To return to your messages, click Show my messages.
