Sometimes difficulties arise whereby the usual Decisiv email notifications from Case do not get received by users at a location. Once Decisiv has confirmed that the notification settings are intact, you can utilize the following troubleshooting steps with your IT department:
Here are a few things to check with your IT department:
- Make sure the missing notifications are not being put into the master SPAM or JUNK folder automatically.
- Check that the email address firstname.lastname@example.org is white-listed (this is where all Decisiv email notifications are sent from).
- Make sure the domain name amazonses.com is white-listed (all Decisiv email notifications are relayed through this domain name).
