View Your Reports

To view your reports, select the Reports option from the left menu bar.

Sentinel offers up to 11 different reports on the Reports page.

• Appointments by Status
• Assets with Appointments
• Customers with Appointments
• Alerts by Type
• Most Appointments by Customer
• Most Appointments by Service Provider (for Dealer Groups)
• Most Alerts by Customer
• Assets with Alerts
• Customers with Alerts

You can hover or tap on a chart to see the data breakdown. 

Filter Your Report Data

You can filter your reports by Customer, Alert Type, and Appointment Status using the filter options at the top of the page. 

Download Report Data

Each report includes a Download option in the top right corner of the report.

Click it to download a CSV of the data for that report. 

NOTE: If you applied filters to your report data, such as Alert Type or Date Range, the CSV will only include data based on your filters.
