Estimate .pdfs - Fleet View of Warranty Line Items
We are resolving a scenario for fleets viewing estimates where line items under warranty may incorrectly show parts or labor prices. This fix will ensure the fleet sees the warranty line items the same as the provider at the time the provider requests approval, with no prices shown for parts or labor.
DMS Integration - Procede Price Code Handling in the Parts Pricing Interface
We are resolving a scenario for service providers using Procede where labor rates were not being properly applied for fully specified parts within operations. This fix will re-check for labor rates upon any change to an operation.
DTNA Integration - System-Generated Customer Approval Notes Flowing to Uptime Pro
We are resolving a scenario for service providers using DTNA Uptime Pro integration where system-generated notes triggered by fleet customer approval are not transferring to Uptime Pro. This fix ensures such notes are automatically sent to Uptime Pro.
Search Screen - "Spinner" Icon
The primary search screen provides options to search by Customer, Asset, and Case. Even though results are generally returned quickly, there seems to be user frustration while waiting for the search results. We are adding a spinner icon to be displayed to the right of the clicked Search button, for each of the possible Search options. This spinner will provide a visual indicator that the search is being executed and will disappear once the search is complete.
