Search screen: REFINE YOUR SEARCH section's Exact Match feature not working
On the Search screen for Customer, Asset, or Case, the REFINE YOUR SEARCH checkbox for exact matches did not display the correct text or return the correct match results (this issue applied to only the checkbox, not the CUSTOMER NAME text box underneath). With this fix, you can check the box for exact matches under REFINE YOUR SEARCH and see the correct text as well as receive the expected search results.
