Admin Users
Issue Fixed: Field Managers Receiving Error Messages when Opening Estimate PDFs
Prior to this release, some Field Managers encountered 404 Error Messages when attempting to open Estimate PDFs. These errors would display in the pop-up that would normally contain the PDF file.
This issue has been resolved, and Field Managers will now again be able to open and view Estimate PDFs as expected.
Service Providers
Issue Fixed: Requests for Approval and Estimates Displaying in Incorrect Language
Previously, when Service Providers with French or Spanish language settings sent a request for approval, the email template body and associated PDF would not persist in the desired language.
This issue has been resolved, and Requests for Approval and Estimates will be translated to reflect the provider’s preferred language settings. We are still looking into inaccuracies around the email subject translations.
Issue Fixed: Quickstop Banner Not Displaying French or Spanish
Previously, some Service Providers that utilize the language preferences to display their cases in French or Spanish reported that the Quickstop Banner section of the Editing Case screen was not displaying correctly.
This issue has been resolved, so now all users with French or Spanish language preferences are able to see the Quickstop Banner as part of the Editing Case screen.
Issue Fixed: Unexpected Parts Section Cursor Behavior
Prior to this release, some Service Providers reported issues when adding multiple parts to an operation. After clicking the ADD ROW button or pressing the Enter key, the cursor would not shift to the "Part No" and remain in the last entered field.
This issue has been resolved so that the feature works as expected when clicking the ADD ROW button or pressing the Enter key, allowing you to type entries for the next part row that needs to be added.
Issue Fixed: Unexpected User Profile Update Emails
With this release, we resolved an issue that some users encountered when making minor edits to an account or no changes; after saving the changes, the account involved would receive a "User Profile updated" email containing no information.
This issue has been resolved so that unless a change has been made, no email notification will be sent.
Mobile Check-In Operations Enhancements
With this release, we improved the user experience for our Mobile Check-In site. You now have the option to Start, Stop, Complete, and Assign Operations from the Operation View of the Mobile Check-In site.
Additionally, you will have the ability to reopen an operation that was accidentally or prematurely closed and log a time and date stamp for finished work on that operation.
Reopen Completed Operations for Web and Mobile
In addition to the Mobile Check-In Enhancements for operations, in this release, you will also have the ability to reopen completed operations on the full site as well. If an operation was accidentally or prematurely closed it can be reopened, and log a time and date stamp for finished work on that operation.
You will be able to select the reason for reopening an operation, or you can provide your own reason by selecting Other and providing the reason in the box below.
