New Complaint Description Calendar Feature
The Complaint description field has been added to the Appointment in the Calendar. Users can now enter a complaint description in an Appointment, either when creating the appointment, or when creating the case. The Complaint description fields in Appointment and case are in sync so what is written in one place will automatically copy to the other. The synchronizing behavior occurs in the case for the Edit Case screen and the VRMS screen.
If a case has multiple appointments, the complaint synchronizes with the latest reservation made.
