Corrected Defects

Two fixes for the Uptime Center “New Case” screen, one of which is critical for creating “Penta” cases for new/unknown assets.

• When the user attempts to select a Customer and then display existing assets for that customer, the drop-down menu has been updated to all the user to select existing assets.   
  
  
• Corrected error when trying to use "Open Case" button without having selected an existing asset.
