VMRS codes are available within the platform as a standardized coding convention for tracking asset maintenance and breakdown repairs.
They're are used in a variety of industries and can be applied at the case and operation level in this system.
To access the case VMRS Coding feature, click the VMRS button near the top right of the Editing Case screen.

When creating a new case, VMRS information can be added by following this guide. After selecting New Case, you will see the Recommended Operations screen. Select either Decline All, Accept, or Continue to Case.
The next screen is the Case Information screen. Here you can add or edit Contacts and Asset Information. On the right side of the screen, click to enter Repair Priority, Repair Site, and Reason for Repair. Enter the Complaint Description in the information box. Click Save and Continue.
