With the mobile app, you can check the status of your cases, read and send notes, or view asset diagnostics from anywhere with your smartphone or tablet.
To get the app, review the What you need section below to make sure you meet the requirements, then follow the download instructions for your device.
Note: The mobile app currently only supports Android® or iOS® devices. If you use another device, such as BlackBerry® or Microsoft® Windows Phone®, you can still access the same functionality by opening a browser on the device and logging into the web version.
What you need
- Everyone:
- You need permission to the ServicePlus mobile app for your location. This is configured in the Portal.
For information on setting up permission to a location, see Select your location.
- You need permission to the ServicePlus mobile app for your location. This is configured in the Portal.
- For iOS:
- Minimum: iOS 10
- Recommended: iOS 11
- For Android:
- Minimum: Lollipop
- Recommended: Nougat
Download the app
Follow the instructions for your device: iOS or Android.
For iOS:
- Open the App store.
- Search for "DECISIV FLEET" and tap GET to start the download.
- When it finishes downloading, look for the app on your homescreen, and tap it to open it.
- Enter your username and password of your web account, and tap LOG IN.
For Android:
- Open the Google Play™ App store.
- Search for "DECISIV FLEET" and tap INSTALL.
- On the APP permissions screen, tab ACCEPT.
- When it finishes downloading, look for the app on your homescreen, and tap it to open it.
- Enter your username and password of your web account, and tap LOG IN.
