Click an asset with an alert from the list to obtain further details about the asset and its alert. The right side of the page will populate with information such as VIN, Unit Number, Serial Number, Chassis ID, Asset Type Mileage, Engine Hours, and Customer.
There are 4 tabs within the Alert Details section:
- The Alerts tab displays all active alerts related to that asset.
- The Appointments & Cases tab displays all appointments or cases in progress for the asset.
- The Fault History tab displays any reported faults older than 24 hours.
- The Warranty tab displays any warranty information entered for the asset.
