When you submitted your support ticket, you should have received an email for it.
If you still have this email, use the link in it to open your ticket and check its status.
If you can’t find this email, log into the Decisiv Help Center, click your name in the menu bar, and select My Activities.
The My Activities page shows you your support tickets (known here as requests), your contributions to the community, and the Help Center pages you’re following.
Select your request from the list to track its latest activity. If needed, you can add additional comments and information to the ticket as well.
